Funny, that's how strangers will tell me off even though I have told what I am looking for...then when I ask them " do you know what it is"- they'll say I don't know!
You don't know but then say no! Real funny, but this is what I get mostly from strangers...specially through telephone inquiries...hhmm... looks like i have to polish up my question asking skills ;)
